companies, we do not represent any commercial landlords, nor do we own or
manage property. Consequently, there is no conflict of interest for us to
negotiate for your best interest.
Developers
usually have an exclusive agent or in-house leasing team representing
their interests.
You need similar exclusive representation from us.
To
avoid from potential conflict of interest, we will not participate in
other professional jobs such as architecture, engineering and office
design. However, we will work with you through out the leasing
process and a normal process will include:
