Lease Auditors

Lease auditing is a very unique task in the commercial field and requires the combination of accounting, legal and real estate knowledge.  As a lease auditor, you will coordinate the review and desk audit, in conjunction with the VP-Lease Audit of 100% of all year end statements received from landlords for operating costs and taxes for locations less than 10,000 square feet. 

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • University degree holders who exhibit a strong background in law, accounting or real estate
  • Ambitious self starters with a high degree of self confidence and motivation
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent  written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong accounting skills
  • Comfortable in a computerized environment
  • Good knowledge of commercial real estate
  • Career focus a must
  • Real estate related degree and/or designations and/or enrollment in RECO an asset

Prodigy Appraising and Research Services needs individuals with appraising, lease audit and market research skills.  They work hand-in-hand with our investment and leasing associates in providing clients with appraisals, market research and analysis tools to support their real estate decision making process.

  • AACI, CCIM, CLO or RICS designation or equivalent qualification
