Bryan K. Law Broker of Record and Manager, Acquisition and Leasing

Mr. Law is the President of the Association of Canadian Lease Auditor, Past President of Real Estate Broker Owners Association of Ontario and a Past Director of the Mississauga Board of Chinese Professionals and Businesses.  He is specialized in leasing, lease audit and site acquisition and is in charge of our acquisition and leasing division.  Mr. Law is also a certified instructor of OREA Real Estate College responsible for instructing their commercial licensing course.   Mr. Law holds a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) and various professional designations in the field, including Real Estate Instructor (REI), granted by Ontario Real Estate Association, Certified Leasing Officer (CLO) and Fellow of Real Estate Institute (FRI), both granted by the Real Estate Institute of Canada; Certified Lease Auditor (CLA), granted by the Association of Canadian Lease Auditors; and Professional Land Economist (PLE), granted by the Association of Ontario Land Economists.  Mr. Law is widely regarded as one of the foremost commercial leasing experts and real estate instructors in Canada.

Mr. Li joined Prodigy Realty Corporation in 1997 with years of experience in residential real estate. Since joining Prodigy Realty Corporation, Mr. Li has been active in wide variety of residential projects, from freehold properties to condominium complexes. Areas of Mr. Li’s expertise include Tenant Protection Act, evaluation, tax assessment review, new and resale homes. He is highly regarded as one of the top real estate professionals in Mississauga.
